Polsinelli is seeking an in-office Graphic Designer to support multiple offices (Atlanta, Kansas City, Nashville, Denver, Chicago). The role demands strong design fundamentals, precision, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.

You will work with attorneys and internal teams to deliver polished, brand-consistent materials, from presentations to marketing collateral, across digital and print formats.

Qualifications

• Background in Production, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• BS degree or Associate's degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of professional, corporate working experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; Microsoft PowerPoint & Word required.
• Strong understanding of print production, file preparation, photo editing and vendor specifications preferred.
• Strong design judgment, self-proofing and organizational skills; direct client-service experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage production-focused creative requests from intake to final delivery.
• Create external social media graphics, intranet graphics, and template-based assets.
• Process attorney headshots and firm photography with color correction and retouching.
• Format and refine PowerPoint presentations and Word documents to firm standards.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for printers and vendors.
• Design collateral, ads, event materials, and internal communications.
• Provide production support on larger designer-led projects and overflow needs.

Job description

Polsinelli has an immediate need for a full-time Graphic Designer in their Atlanta, Kansas City, Nashville, Denver or Chicago office. This role will be an in-office role.

The candidate will be a highly organized, self-directed designer with strong design fundamentals, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail. The role must independently manage multiple responsibilities, communicate directly with internal clients and vendors, and adapt to shifting deadlines and priorities. Position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, a high level of accuracy and the ability to deliver polished work with minimal oversight and internal revision.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently manage production-focused creative requests from intake through final delivery, including clarification of project needs, design/production, self-proofing, revisions, and client communication
• Create external social media graphics, internal intranet graphics, and other recurring digital assets using established brand systems and templates
• Process attorney headshots and firm photography, including cropping, color correction, light retouching, resizing, and preparation for digital and print use
• Support organization and administration of the firm photography library, including asset organization, identification, and routine audits
• Format and refine PowerPoint presentations and Word documents to ensure accuracy, readability, and alignment with firm brand standards
• Fulfill logo and brand asset requests, including resizing, file conversion, and preparation of appropriate formats for internal teams and external vendors
• Prepare production-ready artwork and files for printers, signage partners, and other vendors, ensuring technical specifications are accurate prior to handoff
• Design and produce template-based collateral, ads, event materials, signage, advertisements, internal communications, and other recurring marketing assets
• Provide production support on larger designer-led projects and support overflow email and digital production needs using established templates and brand systems
• Communicate promptly and professionally with team members, attorneys, Business Development, Marketing Communications, Events, Regional Marketing, and other internal clients to clarify requests, answer routine questions, and deliver completed work
• Maintain Polsinelli's visual brand with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency; proactively identify and resolve routine production issues
• Identify opportunities to improve templates, file organization, and recurring production workflows to increase Creative Team efficiency and quality
• Perform related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

• A background in Production, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• BS degree or Associate's degree preferred
• 3-5+ years of professional, corporate working experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft products (PowerPoint & Word) is required
• Strong understanding of print production, file preparation, photo editing and vendor specifications preferred
• Strong design judgment, exceptional self-proofing and organizational skills, direct client-service experience, and the ability to manage routine assignments independently with minimal oversight

The budgeted salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000.
