AXS is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to join our Carbonhouse team in Charlotte, NC. This role supports the creative department by efficiently managing and executing design tasks for internal and client-based work.

Ideal candidates have an AA/AS degree, 1+ year of graphic design experience, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). The position involves digital and print projects and collaboration with web designers and clients.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree required; BA/BS preferred.
• 1+ year graphic design experience or equivalent.
• Competency in Figma.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with organization.
• Excellent typography, branding and layout skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, upload, and organize design assets for projects.
• Mock up assets for digital templates.
• Design digital assets for social media and web.
• Collaborate with web designers and clients on website design as needed.
• Prepare print and branding collateral as required.
• Prepare Email Templates.
