Job summary

Design day-to-day pieces like social posts, emails, web graphics, and ads, learn brand guidelines, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while staying organized. You should have 5+ years of graphic design experience and a strong portfolio; proficiency in Adobe Creative

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design day-to-day print and digital pieces, like social posts, emails, web graphics, ads, flyers, and sales materials
• Learn our brand standards inside and out and apply them the same way on every project
• Juggle several projects at once and turn work around quickly without cutting corners
• Take feedback from the creative team and make revisions fast
• Resize and adapt existing creative for different formats and channels
• Prepare print-ready and web-ready files with the right specs for each one
• Keep project files and brand assets organized so the team can find what they need

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, in-house or at an agency
• A portfolio that shows both print and digital work (required to apply)
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus
• Good working knowledge of print production, including bleeds, color modes, and working with printers
• Experience following brand guidelines and keeping a large volume of work consistent
• A sharp eye for detail, from type and spacing to color and alignment
• Works quickly and stays organized when deadlines are tight
• Open to feedback and easy to work with
• Consistent and reliable, and takes pride in getting the details right
• Picks up new brand systems and processes fast

Physical Requirements:

This job involves sitting and working at a computer for long stretches, regular meetings and presentations, and some light office tasks, like lifting up to 10 pounds.
