• 1+ years of graphic design experience, which may include internship or freelance experience, or an equivalent college degree.
• Competency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to multi-task multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
• Strong skills in typography, branding, and layout.

AXS is hiring a Graphic Design Specialist to join its Carbonhouse team in Charlotte, NC. This onsite role supports the creative department by helping manage and deliver a range of design tasks for both internal needs and client-based work.

Role Focus

The Graphic Design Specialist will contribute across digital production, client-facing website support, and print preparation. Day to day, this position supports efficient workflows by organizing design assets, producing digital templates, and assisting with email and branding materials as needed.
