Job summary

Talbert, Bright & Ellington, Inc. (TBE) is seeking motivated Graphic Design Interns to join the Marketing & Branding team in Charlotte.

The role focuses on creating visual content for proposals, campaigns, events, and digital platforms while translating briefs into professional materials that support business development and brand visibility in aviation and engineering. Interns will gain hands-on experience designing RFQ/RFP materials, marketing collateral, and social media assets, while

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating design work (academic, personal, or professional).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; attention to deadlines.
• Experience preparing files for print and digital formats.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and formatting RFQ/RFP/SOQ materials with professional layouts.
• Create visual assets for career fairs, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
• Support social content creation and posting on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across materials.
• Produce graphics for print and digital channels with strong typography and layout.
• Prepare files for print or digital distribution with accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and leadership teams.
