Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills (academic, personal, or professional work).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) on Mac & PC.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Experience preparing files for print and digital formats.
• Ability to adapt designs for multiple mediums and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Support: Design and format RFQ/RFP/SOQ materials with professional layouts.
• Marketing Collateral: Create visual assets for career fairs, events, and campaigns.
• Social Media: Support content creation and posting on LinkedIn and approved platforms.
• Brand Development: Apply brand guidelines for consistency across materials.
• Design & Layout: Use typography, color, imagery, and layout for print and digital channels.
• File Preparation: Prepare files for print or digital distribution with accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, business development, and leadership teams.
