Job summary

Union Home Mortgage is offering an L.E.A.D Internship Program in Strongsville, OH. Interns will create content for social posts, blogs, and campaigns while collaborating with the Marketing team to shape design and messaging.

The program runs 40 hours per week for 3 months and interns are treated as Partners at Union Home Mortgage. Preferred candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related fields with hands-on graphic design experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create content for social posts, blogs, flyers, digital campaigns, video and more.
• Participate in initial planning and ideation graphics with Marketing team.
• Write content within the graphic design like headlines and subheads.
• Become familiar with the UHM brands.
• Participate in competitive analysis and market research gathering.
• Organize and prioritize work, meeting deadlines and managing multiple activities.
• Collaborate closely with other internal departments.

Our internship program gives students a chance to meet new people, gain more experience, and learn from the best in the business! Our interns are treated like full-time Partners who work 40 hours a week during the 3-month summer program, are compensated, and based out of headquarters in Strongsville, Ohio.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Communications or a related major
• Must have graphic or digital design experience from an internship, job or coursework.
• Junior or Senior Standing.
