Job summary

Planters Bank & Trust Company is seeking a Graphic Design & Communications Coordinator to support strategic communications and marketing efforts by creating high-quality visual and written materials and coordinating day-to-day execution of initiatives across the organization. The location for this position may be flexible based on where the applicant is located and travel may be required.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong writing skills are

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
Two to four years of professional experience in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design capabilities required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

Supports graphic design, content development, digital and print materials, internal communications, social media, website content, and promotional materials.
Coordinates day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives and marketing project coordination.
Translates strategic priorities into clear, professional communications while protecting brand consistency.
Collaborates with employees and leaders across departments and markets.
