Job summary

IKEA in Elizabeth, New Jersey is seeking a Graphic Design & Communication Associate (Part-Time) to support store branding and in-store communications. You will execute the department's graphic action plan, produce and install materials, and ensure cost-efficient, sustainability-aligned implementations.

The role requires 2-3 years of design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and pre-press tools, and an associate's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

What you'll be doing day to day

• Executes department graphic communication action plan to grow the business and increase profitability.
• Produces and installs graphic communications throughout the store in line with the IKEA concept and visual brand identity.

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-Time
BENEFITS ELIGIBLE? Yes
HOURS – 12-20 hours per week. Must have working availability at least 3 days between the hours of 7:00AM-3:30PM from Mondays to Fridays. (Some weekends shifts are required, depending on the needs of the business, remodels/special projects, etc.)

The hourly pay rate range for this role is $23.23 - $32.82
