Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is seeking a Visual Merchandising and Store Design Associate to enhance product presentation and layout across our stores.

You will implement store layouts, maintain attractive visual displays, and drive merchandising strategies to optimize shopper experience. The role requires hands-on store design skills with proficiency in Adobe, AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp, plus 2 years in visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail visual merchandising or similar.
• Proficient in Adobe, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup or similar software.
• Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and innovates upon store layout plan in order to best present the product range.
• Maintains an organized and visually appealing environment for our customers.
• Creates and maintains visual displays
• Devises, implement and executes effective merchandising strategies
• Utilizes space planning tools to ensure simplicity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency in store design

HOURS: 34-40hrs a week

Hrs M-F 7-330pm some weekends

The pay range for this role is $ 19.96-28.20 based on Ikea equivalent years of experience

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.96 USD to 28.2 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
