IKEA Gruppe is seeking a part-time Graphic Communications Coordinator in Elizabeth, NJ to implement and install in-store graphics aligned with the IKEA concept. The role supports store leadership to design store materials and stay current with retail trends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and pre-press production tools.
• Associate's degree in Graphic Design or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes department graphic communication action plan to grow the business and increase profitability.
• Produces and installs graphic communications throughout the store in line with the IKEA concept and visual brand identity.
• Ensures the implementation of graphic communication is cost-efficient, and supports the company's sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborates with leadership to design store-specific printed materials.
• Remains up to date on graphic communication and retail trends.

JOB TYPE - Permanent, Part-Time

BENEFITS ELIGIBLE? Yes

HOURS - 12-20 hours per week. Must have working availability at least 3 days between the hours of 7:00AM-3:30PM from Mondays to Fridays. (Some weekends shifts are required, depending on the needs of the business, remodels/special projects, etc.)

The hourly pay rate range for this role is $23.23 - $32.82
