Inter IKEA Systems B.V. in California invites you to join as Visual Merchandising and Store Design Associate. You will help shape store layouts and display concepts to showcase our range and create a welcoming customer experience.

What you'll be doing day to day

• Implements and innovates upon store layout plan in order to best present the product range.
• Maintains an organized and visually appealing environment for our customers.
• Creates and maintains visual displays.
• Devises, implements and executes effective merchandising strategies.
• Utilizes space planning tools to ensure simplicity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency in store design.

Job Details

JOB TYPE – Permanent

HOURS - 34-40 hours per week /Benefits Eligible

SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance

The pay range for this role is $21.93-$30.98/hour

The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 9/2/26
