The Work

You will create, review, and refine visual assets used to help train AI systems. The work combines hands-on graphic design with structured critique, clear documentation, and feedback on visual quality.

You will work with digital illustrations, layouts, graphics, and other graphic materials. Your design decisions should improve clarity, usability, consistency, and visual impact while following provided guidelines and brand standards.

• Create digital illustrations, layouts, and graphics for varied applications.
• Assess existing graphic materials and recommend practical improvements.
• Take part in feedback cycles to refine visual outputs.
• Document creative decisions, methods, and design reasoning.
• Communicate clearly in writing and conversation so deliverables meet expectations.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a part-time contractor role for a graphic design professional who can manage visual deliverables independently and respond constructively to review and feedback.

• Pay: $35 to $105 per hour.
• Work setup: Remote collaboration.
