Five Star Commerce is seeking a full-time Graphic Design & Amazon/Walmart Ecommerce Online Marketing Specialist to run client advertising and create ecommerce creative onsite in Orem, UT. You will develop graphic assets, manage PPC campaigns, and collaborate with clients through emails and calls to optimize sales.

The role requires hands-on graphic design skills, knowledge of Amazon/Walmart platforms, and a willingness to learn SEO, copywriting, and storefront strategies during training.

Qualifications

• Graphic design experience required.
• Knowledge of Amazon/Walmart and the ecommerce industry.
• PPC advertising experience preferred.
• Copywriting and internet marketing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ecommerce marketing firms or product brands is a plus.
• Willing to take initiative during training period.
• Must work full-time: 40 hours/week.
• Must not own Amazon selling accounts.
• Onsite in Orem; not remote.
• Foreign language ability can be useful but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Create graphic design assets for ecommerce, including product images, A+ content, videos, and other platform-ready materials
• Manage Amazon/Walmart advertising campaigns for clients using the Amazon/Walmart advertising platform
• Communicate with clients via emails and conference calls
• Recommend actions for each client to maximize Amazon/Walmart sales and profits
• Manage projects and tasks to meet timelines and maintain top-quality deliverables
• Report to management on client progress, current needs, and future recommendations
• In time, learn additional Amazon and ecommerce functions, including SEO, copywriting, graphic design, A+ content, storefronts, shipping & logistics, and more

Requirements

• Graphic design experience
• Knowledge of Amazon/Walmart and the ecommerce industry
• Pay per click (PPC) advertising experience (plus)
• Copywriting and internet marketing experience (plus)
• Familiarity with ecommerce marketing firms or product brands (specific experience is a plus)
• Bright, willing to learn, and a team player, including taking extra initiative during the training period to learn independently along with formal training
• Available for full-time work: 40 hours/week for the foreseeable future (vacations and holidays excluded)
• Must not own and actively manage your own Amazon selling account (any old seller account must be deleted before hire)
• Foreign language ability can be useful but is not required
• Must be able to work in the Orem office; not remote

Work Environment

• Typically working business hours (commonly 9-5, depending on schedule)
• Workload varies, with some weeks lighter than others
• Occasional urgent client issues that may require immediate action, potentially evenings or weekends

Compensation

• $20/hour
• Full-time

Additional Notes

• For some candidates with limited experience, Five Star Commerce may request up to a 90-day training period at a lower rate
• Employees cannot own Amazon selling accounts due to potential conflicts of interest across the hundreds of brands served

Career Path

• The role gradually develops into a project manager position
• Project manager responsibilities include managing larger projects, training other staff, handling a larger client issue set, and training client employees
• Typically after 1 to 2 years, specialists may be ready to move up, with a very significant pay increase and additional benefits
