Job summary

RoboStrategy seeks a Graphic & Creative Designer to own the firm’s look across investor decks, research papers, charts, and brand visuals on the website and social channels.

You translate complex robotic and investment concepts into clear visuals, build a cohesive design system, and support Framer site updates with external partners. A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft is essential.

Qualifications

• A portfolio link is required and is the most important part of your application.
• Show us work translating complex technical or financial concepts into clear visuals.
• Strong fundamentals in composition, typography, color and layout with the taste to tell good work from work that merely looks finished.
• Fluency in Figma, which is where our materials are built. Experience with Framer, or the ability to learn it quickly, as our website runs on it.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Genuine fluency with generative AI tools, and a clear method for keeping output on brand.

Responsibilities

• Design investor and research materials: own decks, publications, conference presentations and thought-leadership pieces.
• Translate complex information into intuitive charts, maps, diagrams, and data visualizations for varied audiences.
• Build and own the design system: typography, color, templates, assets for consistency.
• Create brand and social visuals: social assets, campaign graphics, and visual content across channels.
• Keep the website sharp: design updates on the Framer site with external partners.
• Assist with video when possible; editing/motion work is a bonus.
• Use AI with judgment to stay on-brand and efficient.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal to ensure public materials meet fund standards.
