The North Orange County Community College District is hiring a part-time Graphic Arts Instructor for the Visual and Performing Arts Department. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and may involve teaching during the day, evenings, or in a hybrid format.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher and have relevant professional experience. A valid California teaching credential is also required. The district values diversity and seeks candidates sensitive to diverse backgrounds.
Position in the Visual and Performing Arts Department, part-time, with flexible employment schedule. This position is part of a continuous recruitment pool and may be filled as needed.
Classification Title: Graphic Arts Instructor Pool-Part-Time
Salary Range: $1572.67 – $1725.85 per lecture unit rate; $1258.16 – $1380.60 per lab unit rate.
Salary Schedule Information: Column 1 – Column 3 (depending on education).
May be asked to teach days, evenings, hybrid/online, and in the dual enrollment program. Online/hybrid teaching requires additional campus-based training.
All degrees must be verified on a legible transcript; grade cards not accepted. Foreign degrees require evaluation. All coursework must come from accredited postsecondary institutions.
