Dell Technologies is seeking a Graphics and Visual Designer for the Experience Design Group in Austin, Texas. Lead visual design across products, packaging, and brand expression to elevate customer experiences and strengthen visual identity.

You will collaborate with Industrial Design, CMF, Brand, Software, and Marketing teams to create cohesive product visuals, logos, renderings, and production-ready solutions that balance aesthetics with manufacturability and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field, completed within the last 12 months.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design excellence, branding, product graphics and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.

What You'll Achieve

As a Graphics and Visual Designer, you will lead the development of visual design solutions across products, packaging. This role is primarily focused on graphic design, visual storytelling, brand expression, and product visual identity. You will collaborate closely with Industrial Designers, Packaging Engineers, CMF teams, Brand, Software, Marketing, and external partners to create cohesive, meaningful, and impactful customer experiences.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional graphic design expertise with a deep understanding of product aesthetics, visual identity systems, and 3D visualization. You should be equally comfortable creating a product logo, developing a visual language for a product family, generating compelling renderings, and translating design trends into future product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end visual design projects from research and concept development through final execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards, customer needs, and manufacturing requirements
• Create compelling visual design solutions including packaging graphics, product graphics, visual identities, branded assets, and digital content including wallpaper that strengthen brand consistency across physical and digital touchpoints
• Develop product visual identity systems, including logos, iconography, graphic patterns, and signature visual elements that enhance product differentiation and brand expression
• Partner closely with Industrial Design and CMF teams to create integrated product experiences where graphics, materials, finishes, and form work together seamlessly
• Leverage advanced visualization and AI-powered creative tools to develop renderings, visual storytelling assets, concept explorations, and production-ready design solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, completed within the last 12 months
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual design excellence, branding, product graphics, packaging concepts, digital content, and storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Strong visual communication, typography, layout, color, and branding fundamentals
• Ability to create compelling visualizations, renderings, and presentations using tools such as KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent
• Experience using AI-assisted creative tools to enhance design exploration, visualization, content creation, and workflow efficiency
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated curiosity, self-motivation, and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and design methodologies

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Communication Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in AI-assisted creative tools and emerging digital design workflows

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $122,850 annually.
