Job summary

Lyten in California is seeking a technician to operate automated assembly machines for graphene production. You will follow SOPs, support startup of the facility, and develop work protocols for high volume production while maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Qualifications include 1 year in manufacturing or production, proficiency with MS Office, and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred. This role uses MES and LIMS software, with competitive pay and benefits including bonus,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production-based environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate (start-up, run, and shutdown) and maintain (assemble/disassemble) existing mechanical equipment.
• Process materials and occasional conduct process equipment maintenance.
• Identify and help develop equipment and process improvements.
• Follow all established safety rules and regulations and wear required safety equipment.
• Perform quality inspection protocols to ensure materials meet tight tolerances and high specifications.
• Monitor tool operation to maintain product quality.
• Record equipment issues and alert facility manager or process engineer.
• Perform other duties as required by the manager.
