Job Location: Scotts Valley Headquarters - Scotts Valley, CA 95066

Salary Range: $19.50 - $19.50 Hourly

Summary of Job Duties: Under limited supervision participate in mixing, milling, granulating and drying processes. Coordinate all activities with the shift supervisor. Keep accurate documentation and assure all employee follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) as well as safety practices.

Specific Job Duties

• Assign priorities too job orders.
• Utilize a variety of resources in order to properly update products.
• Assure proper training is provided for machine operation including proper safety training.
• Lead weekly meetings to address production improvement, safety concerns and allowing each employee to contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Track employees absenteeism and counsel when and if necessary
• Write employee appraisals utilizing proper Threshold procedure.
• Assure that any rework material meets the proper specificationpay close attention to limiting waste.
• Assure the timely completion of tablets, capsules and powder formulations
• Assur e that all GMPs are followed and that all employees are properly trained.
• Perform all other tasks assigned by Threshold management.

Minimum Qualification Required

• Must be able to speak and write both in English and Spanish

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Skills and/or Training Desired

• Formal Technical understanding of manufacturing process
• Previous experience as a mechanic (auto or other)
