Job summary

USPL North Brunswick manufacturing is seeking a Granulation/Blending Operator to operate and set up granulators, drying ovens, blenders, and screening equipment in accordance with SOPs. The role includes setup, operation, cleaning, preventative maintenance, and accountability for safety, quality, shrink, and production efficiency.

Candidates will follow batch records, GMPs and cGMPs, complete logs, and participate in investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years Granulating/Blending Operator experience.
• 1 year in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Operates blending, screening & milling machines.
• Proficient in setup and operation of blenders.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch records, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Ensure product meets quality standards and perform sampling/testing.
• Complete labeling and inventory movements for accuracy.
• Dismantle and clean equipment and maintain clean work area.
• Train in operation and setup of listed equipment.
