Job summary

Career Site seeks an Operator for Granulation/Blending in North Brunswick, NJ. Responsible for operation, setup, cleaning and preventative maintenance of granulators, dryers and blenders, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency on the line.

You will handle batch records, perform inspections, and document all steps. Requires 3+ years in granulation/blending, high school diploma, and ability to lift and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of Granulation/Blending Operator experience.
• Minimum 1 year work in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharma manufacturing.
• 6-12 months experience in related equipment.
• Operates blending, screening & milling machines.
• Proficient in setup and operation of blenders.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines to meet specs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, GMP and SOPs; document logs.
• Inspect product quality during operation and perform sampling.
• Complete labeling and inventory movements for accuracy.
• Dismantle and clean equipment; maintain clean work area.
• Operate and train on equipment; document batch records.
• Participate in investigations for deviations; gowning hygiene.
