Job summary

Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY, seeks a Program Coordinator to manage four grant-funded programs within the CUPO Office, including CSTEP, McNair, LSAMP, and IMPETUS. The role focuses on coordinating activities, events, and data collection to meet grant reporting requirements.

You will collaborate with program directors and partners, arrange on and off-campus activities, and support recruitment and student engagement while ensuring compliance with funding rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or a high school diploma with 10+ years' experience.
• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in STEM.
• Experience coordinating programs and advising students.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Budget writing, justification, expense reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate academic year programs and monthly workshops.
• Organize off-campus events and summer research program.
• Manage data for reporting and assessment.
• Prepare mandated institutional, State, and Federal reports.
• Attend weekly IMPETUS team meetings.
