Responsibilities

• Receives and maintains approved budgets for restricted grant awards.
• Prepares reimbursement requests and interim reports for expenditures.
• Reviews and audits financial transactions for grants.
• Determines applicable indirect costs and prepares journal entries.
• Posts transactions to the general ledger after approval.
• Provides occasional monitoring and training of student employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
