Job summary

State of Minnesota is seeking a Grants Site Monitor in St. Paul to support its Cannabis Management Office grant programs.

Telework is eligible with three in-office days per week, and the position is a temporary unclassified role lasting up to three years. The ideal candidate will manage application intake, perform preliminary reviews, coordinate reviewers, monitor grants, analyze data, report findings, maintain records, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in supporting research, planning, and analytical projects related to competitive grant programs.
• Experience organizing and analyzing grant data, preparing reports and summaries.
• Ability to track outcomes, milestones, trends, and gaps.
• Experience documenting findings to support program decisions.
