Redefine Alliance in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Revenue and Grants Accountant to oversee grants and revenue accounting, ensure accurate reporting, and support fiscal stewardship across programs.

The role requires 2-4 years of nonprofit accounting, strong Excel skills (pivot tables), NetSuite experience, and a proactive approach to process improvement. Remote-friendly work options are available and a collaborative culture awaits.

Formación

• 2-4 years accounting experience is required.
• Nonprofit or philanthropy experience is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas are required.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage grants financials from budgeting to reporting.
• Prepare and submit grant invoices and related reports on time.
• Reconcile revenue and grants-ledgers and monitor variances.
• Support audits and government monitoring with required schedules.
• Collaborate with Program and Finance leadership on grant spending and forecasts.
