Under supervision, you will identify funding opportunities, prepare applications, maintain grant systems, and collaborate across departments to secure funding that advances LFCD's mission. This fellowship also supports agency marketing and communications by crafting content, impact reports, and materials that showcase

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or current enrollment in a related graduate program.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with strong editing skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience in research, analytics, and project coordination is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing competitive grant proposals and related documents.
• Draft narratives, statements of need, work plans, and evaluation plans.
• Coordinate attachments, budgets, and required certifications for submissions.
• Edit and format proposal packages for consistency and compliance.
• Research funding opportunities and monitor calendars and records.
• Coordinate development with program managers, finance, and leadership.
• Support grant reporting and documentation in collaboration with staff.
• Contribute to organizational marketing materials highlighting impact.
