Job summary

GAAMHA is seeking a Grants Coordinator to secure and sustain funding across government, foundation, and corporate sources. You’ll own the grant pipeline, coordinate proposals, and work with Program Directors, Finance, and leadership to gather outcomes, budgets, and documentation.

You’ll manage deadlines, reporting, renewals, and compliance, while keeping grant files organized and audit-ready. This role blends writing, research, and project management to advance GAAMHA’s mission.

Qualifications

• Professional writing ability with clear, persuasive narratives reflecting funder priorities and GAAMHA voice.
• Experience with grant writing, proposals, administration, or related nonprofit development functions.
• Strong research, editing, proofreading, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
• Comfort using grant portals, CRM systems, and AI tools.
