Job summary

TEC is seeking a Project Manager in Jackson, MS to coordinate with Engineering, Financial, Billing, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, tracking budgets and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The PM will manage grant/loan compliance, reporting, and project closeouts, working with the PMO Manager to meet goals and drive successful outcomes in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting or business preferred.
• Minimum of two years of project management, audit or regulatory experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple departments to plan, track, and report project progress.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and compliance with grant/loan requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communicate with leadership.
• Manage closeouts, contracts, and reporting to funding agencies.
