Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public/business admin, accounting or finance with at least one year of professional grants experience
• High school diploma with three years grants experience
• One year of experience as Grants & Projects Analyst Trainee in Nevada State service

Responsibilities

• Prepare grant applications to secure federal funding.
• Develop and evaluate subgrant applications for program participation.
• Review recipient and subgrantee compliance with laws and regulations.
• Coordinate budget preparation for grant submissions.
• Prepare fiscal budget reconciliations and reimbursements.
• Assist with annual fiscal audits of subgrantees and with programmatic reports.
• Provide technical assistance to grant/subgrant recipients regarding program operations.
