Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Planning, Business Administration, or closely related field from an accredited college or university with three years of experience in writing, implementing, analyzing, monitoring, and evaluating programs.
• Or a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Planning, Business Administration, or closely related field with six years of experience in writing, implementing, analyzing, monitoring, and evaluating programs.
• Extensive experience utilizing computers including word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software.
