Qualifications

• Experience working on a team and supporting a team.
• Experience managing a multitude of small operational projects.
• Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand technical language; proven writing/proofreading.
• Research/analytical skills.
• MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Perform grant administration functions using established methods and procedures, including grant development, contract negotiation and execution, timely preparation of grant payment packages, and maintenance of grant files.
• Support a variety of complex grant programs and partnerships, for both capital and non-capital grant projects.
• Audit and prepare grantee reimbursement packages for payment, assist with documentation requests, and create reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, Federal, and State grant programs and procurement standards.
• Maintain effective communication within the Grants Team to ensure successful outcomes.
