Job summary

Acro Service Corp is seeking a role that supports the Planning grant, focusing on program integrity, compliance, certification, and policy development. The position coordinates with certification and data teams, develops guidance for providers, and assists with desk reviews of provider certification applications.

Qualifications

• Experience handling administrative duties such as presentation creation, narrative editing and writing.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and time management skills.
• At least 2 years’ experience in social services or behavioral health services, program design, monitoring, and/or operations, inclusive of program evaluation/ performance measurement, and/or grants management.
• Experience with populations served including adults with serious mental illness (SMI), as well as those with any mental illness (AMI), children with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and those with substance use disorder (SUD).

Responsibilities

• Provide support in program integrity, compliance, certification, and policy development to create and implement.
• Coordinate with certification and data teams regarding policy review and systems alignment.
• Develop guidance for providers to support the certification.
• Support desk reviews of provider certification applications and implementation.
• Identify technical assistance needs to address deficiencies.
• Coordinate activities with fiscal, grants management/compliance, and programmatic staff across divisions and departments.
