California State University, Stanislaus is seeking a Financial Services professional to provide post‑award accounting support for grants and contracts. The role requires applying GAAP and working with budgets, journals, reconciliations, and financial reports within a CSU environment.

The incumbent will review transactions for allowability, prepare reports, perform data analysis, and support principal investigators and grant staff.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; experience may substitute for education on a year‑for‑year basis.
• Two (2) years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in grant accounting or post‑award processes is preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform post‑award accounting activities for grants and contracts, including budget maintenance, tracking, journal entries, billings, reconciliations and reports.
• Review grant transactions for funding availability, allowability, allocability and sponsor compliance.
• Prepare grant financial reports, audit schedules, supporting documents, budget analyses and year‑end entries.
