Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks a seasoned Grants Management consultant to lead end-to-end implementations, from requirements workshops to deployment, across Grants Accounting, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Capital Projects.

You will translate complex business requirements into Oracle-based solutions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, validate financial results, support testing, and drive process improvements for customers in both commercial and public sectors.

Qualifications

• Lead requirements gathering and workshops to understand grants administration, project accounting, billing, and capital project needs.
• Design and support end-to-end Grants Management processes, including award setup, funding allocation, budgeting, and reporting.
• Configure and support Oracle Project Costing and Billing processes with reconciliation.
• Lead capital projects processes, including cost tracking, capitalization, and transfers to assets.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrations and data conversions across Oracle applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and workshops to understand grants administration, project accounting, billing, and capital project needs.
• Design and support end-to-end Grants Management processes, including award setup, funding allocation, budgeting, expenditure tracking, cost allocation, and reporting.
• Configure and support Oracle Project Costing processes, including project setup, expenditure processing, cost collection, and reconciliation.
• Design and support Oracle Project Billing processes, including contract setup, billing controls, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Lead Capital Projects processes, including capital cost accumulation and transfer to Oracle Assets.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and reporting requirements.
• Partner with technical teams to deliver integrations, data conversions, and reports across Oracle apps.
