Job summary

Highstreet is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Projects and Grants Functional Manager to lead delivery of PPM and Grants implementations for clients in the public sector. You will own architecture, oversee integrations with GL, AP, AR, and ensure alignment with business requirements and technical standards.

You will mentor teams, lead CRP workshops, gather requirements, configure functional setups, and drive testing and training across multiple Oracle Cloud implementations, including Grants

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of Oracle experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Experience with project cost allocation, cost collection, revenue recording and P&L calculations.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Fund (Grant) Accounting concepts as they apply to Public Sector.
• Extensive Project Manufacturing experience considered.
• Experience as a resource in the implementation full lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle Cloud implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and convey end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications spanning PPM and Cloud finance.
• Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud architecture, data models, customizations, and integrations.
• Lead end-to-end solution development ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle and post-implementation support.
• Establish and enforce technical guidelines, development standards, and governance for Oracle Fusion.
• Communicate process improvements using industry best practices and manage change requests.
