Job summary

National Park Foundation in Washington, DC is seeking a Manager, Grants Administration to lead grantmaking operations within the Programs and Partnerships division. This full-time role reports to the VP and oversees grant lifecycle, compliance, and reporting across 700+ grantees.

The position is hybrid with three days in the DC office; requires 4–5 years of grants experience, a bachelor’s degree, and fluency with Fluxx or similar systems; salary range $85,000–$90,000.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of foundation grants administration experience.
• Proficiency with Fluxx or similar grant management systems.
• Strong organizational and written skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Support grantmaking operations and policy development.
• Review grant recommendations for compliance and quality.
• Oversee the collection and reporting of 700+ grantee reports annually.
• Assist with grants data, system improvements, and training materials.
