The Medical College of Wisconsin seeks a Grants Operations Coordinator Sr to manage grant processes in the Pediatrics Department. This full-time role involves budget planning, compliance assurance, and collaboration with investigators. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in grant administration.

In the role of a Grants Operations Coordinator Sr, you will be working in our Pediatrics Department.
Coordinates the pre-award budget planning and the post-award administration of various grants assigned to one or more pediatric divisions. Interacts with investigators and administrative staff to ensure that grants are in compliance with regulatory, funding agency, and policy requirements. Provides guidance and support to investigators in the identification and development of grant opportunities.
Note: All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently include WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, and UT.
Knowledge of economics, accounting, mathematics, administration, English language, law, government, and human resources. Work requires resource management, mathematics, problem solving, coordinating work activities, critical thinking, systems analysis, operations analysis, time management, writing, active listening, and active learning skills. Speech clarity, speech recognition, finger dexterity, and wrist-finger speed are required abilities for operating computers.
Preferred Schedule: Full-time role with expectations for coverage during core business hours and flexibility as necessary to accommodate business needs.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Required Experience: 6 years of experience
Preferred Education: Master's Degree
Preferred Experience: 3 years of experience
Salary Range: The target salary range for this position is between $73,000.00 and $93,000.00 annually. The final offered salary will depend on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and knowledge, as well as considerations of internal equity and market alignment.
