City Year is seeking a Grants, Operations, and Compliance Manager to oversee post-award grant administration and ensure strict compliance across federal, state, and local funding sources. You will coordinate across departments to strengthen systems, mitigate risk, and support organizational priorities.
The role requires 2–6 years of grant administration experience, strong writing and reporting skills, and proficiency with grant management systems and Microsoft Office.

The Grants, Operations, and Compliance Manager oversees grant administration, operational compliance, and business processes that support organizational effectiveness. This role partners across departments to ensure compliance funding requirements, strengthen operational systems, mitigate risk and support the successful execution of organizational priorities.
