Job summary

Fidelity Foundations in Boston, MA, is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee grant-related transactions, manage the grants lifecycle, and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies. The role functions as a project manager and system champion across programs, legal, and finance teams.

The position requires strong collaboration, leadership in change management, and experience with grants management platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage grant portfolio across the lifecycle.
• Serve as primary contact for grants management with program staff.
• Ensure timely grantee payments by coordinating with finance.
• Execute grant agreements with program staff, legal, and finance.
• Review system data and dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Co-lead change management for the Grants Management System with stakeholders.
• Foster grantee relationships and resolve issues during the grant lifecycle.
• Support development of a center of excellence in grant-making and training.
