Brady is seeking a Grants Manager to lead grantwriting, manage the grants calendar, and support fundraising efforts. The role focuses on timely proposal submissions, strong donor relations, and cross-department collaboration to advance Brady’s mission to end gun violence in America.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of grantwriting experience, excellent writing and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with program staff, finance, and senior leaders.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of grantwriting experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and draft proposals, LOIs, narratives, and budgets with program staff and finance.
• Submit grant applications and manage submission calendars.
• Maintain grants data, trackers, and file libraries.
• Coordinate outreach to institutional funders and support stewardship.
• Draft progress reports and program updates for funders and investors.
• Assist in strategic fundraising with the Senior Grants Manager.
