Responsibilities

• Manage post‑award activities for complex grants.
• Ensure budgets adhere to sponsor regulations by PIs.
• Oversee account setup, monitor expenditures, invoicing, and closeout.
• Maintain salary allocations and prepare monthly financial reports for PIs.
• Conduct financial analysis and hold monthly meetings with PIs to review grant funds and forecasts.
• Set up new awards, including budget entries and subcontract processing.
• Manage grant efforts, maintain salary grids, and ensure proper grant closeout.
• Prepare annual sponsored program budgets and assist with complex grant submissions.
• Process biannual effort reporting.
• Operate effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
