The role emphasizes strategic grant-seeking, compliance, and financial stewardship across disciplines.

You will collaborate with OGSP leadership to identify funding opportunities, develop competitive proposals, and monitor post-award reporting and budgets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of grants administration experience in higher education.
• Experience managing full grants lifecycle (proposal development, budgeting, compliance, reporting, close-out).
• Experience with electronic grants submission platforms, including federal systems.

Responsibilities

• Grants portfolio management across multiple funding sources; identify opportunities and maintain a year-round pipeline.
• Provide pre-award guidance, support narrative development and editing; ensure policy compliance.
• Develop policy-compliant project budgets with stakeholders and finance colleagues.
• Post-award stewardship: timely reports, reimbursements, and budget reconciliations; close-out compliance.
• Serve as liaison with funders and external partners; manage multi-institutional partnerships.
