The Grants Manager at Turtle Survival Alliance will develop and manage an institutional grant program, coordinating with the Chief Development Officer and program staff to secure funding for turtle conservation initiatives.

You will oversee proposals, budgets, and reporting, maintaining strong relationships with funders and internal teams while ensuring compliance and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent nonprofit experience.
• 3+ years of grant writing and management experience.
• Experience developing complex proposals, multi-year budgets, measurable outcomes and funder reports.
• Experience with international conservation or international nonprofit work preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills managing multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a multi-year funding opportunity pipeline and grants calendar.
• Identify and assess funding opportunities from foundations, government, corporate, and other funders.
• Lead proposal development and submission, budgeting, and deliverables tracking.
• Coordinate with program and Finance staff to ensure narratives, budgets, and timelines are accurate.
• Maintain grant files and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
