Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound is seeking a Grants Manager in Bellevue to lead the grant seeking process from public and private sources. You will vet, prepare, and write LOIs, proposals, and reports, coordinating with leadership to align requests with the agency’s mission.

The role requires collaboration across philanthropy, programs, finance, and marketing, with occasional evenings/weekends to meet deadlines. Hybrid schedule; $64,500–$80,000 salary, DOE, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Marketing, Communications, Sociology, Political Science, or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong synthesis of complex information.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to manage and interpret data for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track all steps of grants process including research, inquiry, application, stewardship and reporting.
• Research and identify potential private, corporate, city, state and federal funding sources.
• Work with leadership to identify, develop, and submit grant applications aligned with priorities and budget.
