Solid Ground MN is seeking a Grants Manager in Stillwater, MN to lead the full grants lifecycle and secure funding for housing and family stability programs.

You will collaborate with program, finance, and leadership teams to craft persuasive proposals, track outcomes, and ensure compliance with funder requirements. This role emphasizes strong donor relations and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to craft clear, persuasive proposals, letters of inquiry, and impact reports.
• Ability to identify funding opportunities and assess guidelines for fit.
• Manage grants calendar, deadlines, deliverables, and cross-functional input.
• Align budgets with program plans and funder requirements.
• Cultivate professional relationships with funders and partners.
• Collect outcome data and translate into funder-ready reports.
• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit mgmt, communications, public admin or related field; equivalent experience.
• Experience in grant management is preferred.

Responsibilities
