Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years nonprofit finance, accounting, grants management, or related financial operations experience.
• Experience with grant administration, financial reporting, expenditure tracking, and funding compliance.
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, grant funding requirements, and financial management practices.
• Project management experience, meeting deadlines and driving process improvements.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with accounting software and financial reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee grant administration, financial reporting, expenditure tracking, and compliance with funding requirements.
• Ensure grant-related financial activities comply with applicable regulations, policies, and reporting standards.
• Support accounting activities, financial reconciliations, budgeting, and operational reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve grants management processes, financial controls, and operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance to accounting staff and collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations.
