Qualifications

Responsibilities

Evaluating applicants' financial health, business integrity, and capacity to manage Federal funds, including budget reviews.
Negotiating terms and conditions of financial assistance awards (primarily grant agreements).
Managing agreements through all life-cycle phases: pre-award planning, active-phase monitoring, modifications, and closeouts.
Reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling required Federal Financial Reports and overseeing financial and management aspects of grants.
Conducting analyses to resolve grant-related challenges and providing regulatory interpretations to customers.
Using grant management systems to process awards, reports, amendments, and closeouts; resolving system errors and improving data quality.
