Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in institutional fundraising or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and submitting successful grant proposals and funder reports.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to secure, renew, and increase support from corporations, foundations, and government funders.
• Manage a portfolio of institutional funders and prospects; cultivate new opportunities.
• Build relationships with funders and leverage CIM networks to advance fundraising opportunities.
• Develop customized sponsorship proposals and coordinate fulfillment of benefits.
• Lead the full grant process from research to submission and renewal.
