Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and supervises grant programs and coordinates activities across City Departments.
• Compiles grants inventory, coordinates current programs, and assists in new applications.
• Prepares implementation strategies and ensures proper hand-off to departments.
• Works with legislators and officials to secure funding and presents to secure grants.
• Ensures contract compliance, budget preparation, and quarterly reporting.
• Evaluates programs at closeout and prepares reports for leadership.
