Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong relationship-building and project skills.
• Minimum three years’ experience in administrative support in a team-oriented setting.
• Experience with grants, events, donor communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports grants processes, special projects, events, and initiatives.
• Assists in research, due diligence, reports, and meeting materials.
• Processes grant applications and prepares agreements and templates.
• Prepares donor education materials, newsletters, and annual report content.
• Assists with grant solicitations, proposals, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinates educational workshops and community information events.
• Maintains website content, social media, and electronic communications.
• Maintains records in databases and ensures data accuracy.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
